If you wish to exercise the right to return / withdraw you can do it within 14 days from the receipt of goods through the following steps:

1. Notify that you intend to return the items by e-mail to the following address:
support@andreamarianifirenze.com specifying your order number and the products you wish to return together with a photo of the product / defect.
In order to facilitate the procedure/process please complete the following RETURN FORM RETURN FORM

2. You will receive a reply email with all the details in order to create your return shipment.

3. Returned products will be subjected to quality control. They must be returned intact, not tried, in their original packaging together with all the tags and sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal email.

4. The company Mariani S.r.l.s. reserves the right not to accept damaged, worn, washed items.

5. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery to our office, of the product that you intend to return. The method of payment for the refund will be the same used by the customer himself for the online purchase.

6. Please note: the return shipping costs are charged to the customer unless the product is defective or non-compliant.
